Jen is the gentle heartbeat of Fatale—a sweet, calming presence whose musical grace balances the band’s power and intensity. She began singing showtunes at daycare, studied piano as a child, and played clarinet in her high school concert band. As a rock-obsessed teen with a nylon-string guitar, she trained in classical guitar under George Svoboda and went on to perform for several years with the Mesa College Guitar Ensemble.
Jen later embraced electric guitar, performing with San Diego rock and indie bands at venues ranging from intimate coffeehouses to the House of Blues San Diego, and contributing vocals to a variety of recording projects. She has also shared her love of music as a guitar instructor and as a performer with the house band at Rock ‘n’ Roll Camp for Girls San Diego.
Blending classical discipline with a passion for heavy rock, Jen brings sensitivity, nuance, and precision to every note she plays. Her poised musicianship and warm spirit create a grounding presence on stage—softening the edges, steadying the energy, and giving Fatale its unmistakable emotional balance.
