George Dowden delivers the thunder behind the kit for Fatale, bringing a powerful blend of precision, energy, and rock craftsmanship to the band’s driving rhythm section alongside bassist Ray Jefferson. Raised in the vibrant Los Angeles music scene, George later became a familiar force on San Diego stages, earning respect through years of standout performances with top cover and tribute acts.
His musical roots run deep, drawing inspiration from the legendary sounds of 1970s British rock icons such as Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple, while embracing the larger-than-life spirit of 1980s hard rock and metal. In recent years, his passion has expanded into the epic worlds of European symphonic and power metal, where soaring melodies and cinematic arrangements helped shape the vision for Fatale.
That passion ultimately led George and lead vocalist Stephanie Robles to form Fatale—a band dedicated to delivering powerful performances that celebrate the strength, emotion, and energy of female-fronted rock and metal. Sharing the stage with talented musicians who bring the same commitment and intensity to every show is what continues to fuel his love for performing.
And while his influences span decades of rock and metal history, George proudly admits that Sabaton remains his ultimate guilty pleasure.
